This selection is for crew applicants who have a sailing certification or extensive sailing experience and are seeking to crew a sailing vessel during an outreach.

Flotilla outreach teams consist of volunteers with different skill sets ranging from maritime/sailing experience, community development, children’s education, bible translation, community health education to many other areas. Team members join an outreach for approximately two-weeks by flying to a specific island nation and joining aboard a sailing vessel to the outreach location.
